Gotu Jim heads to the Maassilo on 19 November for one of his biggest Rotterdam shows to date. The concert is presented by BIRD, Motel Mozaïque and Rotown.

What started as an underground internet phenomenon quickly grew into one of the most recognizable voices of a new Dutch generation. Gotu Jim moves effortlessly between emo rap, alternative pop, and dark club influences while fully keeping his own identity intact. Emotional, raw, catchy, and always delivered with a sharp sense of humor.

In 2024 he broke through to a wider audience with the viral hit ‘Misschien (Kwijt)’. What started on TikTok evolved into one of the defining Dutch festival anthems of the year. In 2025 he appeared on nearly every major Dutch festival lineup, with a packed-out Lowlands tent as one of the biggest highlights.

Gotu Jim continues that momentum in 2026 with the summer single ‘Vergeten’, created together with Antoon. The track once again shows why his music connects with such a wide audience: melancholic and dark, yet still playful, direct, and impossible not to sing along to.
