This week at BIRD we’re diving into groove-driven jazz, hip-hop and R&B.

On Wednesday May 20 (10PM, free entry), Jaydian Daniel steps in for his first night as the new BIRDsessions host and bandleader. A Rotterdam-based pianist and composer with a conservatory jazz background, he builds from jazz tradition while blending in hip-hop swing, R&B warmth and gospel-influenced harmony. Line-up:
