On Wednesday June 17, BIRD transforms into a musical tribute to Ghana

Andromeda brings together creators from the Netherlands and beyond for a special evening centered around music, culture and community. This edition is dedicated to Ghana and the iconic genre Highlife, the soundtrack of generations where African rhythms, soul, jazz and funk come together.

The evening opens with an inspiring talk exploring Ghanaian culture, art, music and community. This is followed by a live concert featuring Higherlife, Kwame Yeboah and Candy Dulfer, before the night unfolds into a large collective jam session where everything comes together.

Expect deep grooves, warm energy, meaningful conversations and a packed room moving to the rhythm of Highlife.
