On Monday 5 October 2026, SOYUZ live at BIRD Rotterdam with a live show that moves between jazz, soul, folk and psychedelic pop.

Founded by Alex Chumak and Mikita Arlou, the Minsk-born collective works as one unit. Now based across Warsaw and beyond, they bring a sound shaped by movement, collaboration and constant change. On stage, tracks open up. Expect improvisation, interplay and a band fully in sync.

Their breakthrough album Force of the Wind earned global support from KEXP, BBC Radio 6 and Worldwide FM. With KROK, recorded in São Paulo, Stockholm and Warsaw, they push further into layered arrangements, blending folk ballads with jazz-driven pop in multiple languages. Themes of migration and identity run through the record.

SOYUZ played festivals like Primavera Sound and ESNS, and sold out rooms across Europe, including Paradiso and London’s Jazz Cafe. Their session at BBC Maida Vale for Gilles Peterson confirms their live reputation.
