We’re bringing a vibrant tribute to the swinging soul food kitchen of The Big Easy. Expect steaming bowls of Gumbo, spicy Boudain, signature Hurricane cocktails, and an afterparty that keeps the heat alive until the early hours. All wrapped in that signature BIRD vibe: great food, live music, and people coming together to celebrate.

From the moment you step inside, you’ll be swept away by the colorful magic of Mardi Gras. Long tables filled with soul food, a charismatic Master of Ceremonies leading the night with flair, and of course: music that won’t let you sit still.
