BIRDsessions w/ Bonsai

Every week, BIRDsessions brings together musicians, music lovers, and curious listeners for a night where improvisation leads the way, genres dissolve, and anything can happen.

On June 24, we're joined by Bonsai. Led by keyboardist and producer Thomas Reining, the band blends the worlds of broken beat, hip-hop, and electronic production with the raw energy of live performance. Expect heavy synth textures, deep basslines, tight drum grooves, and a band that's constantly pushing beyond musical boundaries.

Bonsai thrives in the space between programmed and organic, structured and spontaneous. What starts as a groove can quickly evolve into something entirely unexpected, making every performance a unique experience.
