These acid jazz pioneers are celebrating 30 years of timeless music with a special anniversary tour, and on Tuesday 28 October 2025, they’ll bring the heat to Annabel for an exclusive show. Expect an electrifying night full of deep basslines, irresistible rhythms, and that signature vibe that made them legends across the globe.

Since the late '80s, The Brand New Heavies have been at the forefront of the international funk and soul scene. With hits like "Dream On Dreamer", "Midnight at the Oasis", and "Sometimes", they blended jazz, funk, and soul into dancefloor-ready magic. The band has sold over 2.5 million records worldwide and continues to inspire generations of artists and fans alike.

2025 marks a major milestone. After a sold-out, orchestral show at the Royal Albert Hall, the band now brings that same legacy to Rotterdam in a more intimate, high-energy setting. With founding members Simon Bartholomew (guitar) and Andrew Levy (bass), joined by the powerful vocals of Angela Ricci, they sound as tight and fresh as ever maybe even better.
